Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 6Great
But do not let the concierge book the Louvre or Moulin Rouge for you. Louvre is easy to buy entry from machine when you arrive and if you go to Moulin Rouge see the show, skip the inferior quality food.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 2 of 6Amazing
If you can afford to pay for this Hotel it is without a doubt the best place to stay. Extremely well located, it's exactly what you expect from a 5 star hotel and more. We traveled to Madrid for two days prior to returning to Paris for departure on the same day. We didn't want to take all of our luggage with us but we weren't going to have time to head into the city to pick up the luggage before heading home. The hotel stored our luggage for us and arranged for a car to take our luggage to the airport and wait for us there. The entire staff at the Prince de Gaulle, but particularly the concierges, are outstanding.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 6Needs Renovation
The hotel needs renovation. The room had paint chipping on the closets and looked old. It is not a 5 star hotel. It is about a 3.5 in my opinion. The location is great, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 6Service OK, Location Great.
The hotel is nice. It is no George V, which is next door. However, for the price paid I got a very nice room. Large for europe. The location is unbeatable. However, the staff is not trained to a five star level. They would take forever to pick up calls to concierge, or the front desk. Sometimes I would not be able to reach any hotel staff from my room, to ask the concierge a simple question.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 6Grat hotel-expensive breakfast!
The hotel is beautiful, nicely located and very romantic. However, the breakfast buffet is NOT included in the high hotel room price and costs 40 euros per person-that is about $100 for breakfast for a couple! Not that spectacular of a meal and grossly overpriced!
