Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 35Great Escape
We stayed two nights in a Executive Suite cottage. The layout was very nice and was very clean. The jacuzzi on the deck and the views were great. Negatives: Internet did not work at the cottage and no one could fix it. The wiring for the stereo and phone was very messy and poorly done. Regardless, we would love to stay there again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 35Excellent Service, Beautiful Hotel
There were a few bumps in finally getting to our room, but the hotel compensated us for each mistake they made. We ended up with an upgraded room for less than the price of our normal room and a bottle of sparkling cider :). The room service breakfast was just as much food and tasted better than the dinner we paid 10 dollars more for the previous evening. Overall, Hotel Park City treated us with a lot of respect and it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've been to.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 35Parking in Park City Hotel?
We stayed here 2 years ago and I would have rated this hotel 5 stars at that time, but it seems to have slid down the scale a bit. Our bathroom lights were burned out and we had to request them to be changed, the bed had a funny smell, and leaving a basket of 5 dollars worth of candy and trying to sell it to us for 25 dollars was very annoying. The biggest problem however was that there was absolutely no parking available at the hotel when we came back from downtown. It seems as though they have opened a Ruth's Chris steak house inside the hotel, and people coming to this restaurant take up all of the parking. we had to ciecle the parking lot for about 30 minutes waiting for somebody to leave so we could rush in to their spot before the other 10 cars circling the parking lot and underground parking facility could take it. If the hotel is going to open a popular resatuarant, they should plan for the inevitable parking problems. We miss the old Hotel Park City and the old restaurant that actually served breakfast. We will have to find a new place to stay next time we go to Park City.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 35Excellent hotel
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Park City. The hotel was beautiful, well-kept and in a great location. The only complaint we had was some trouble we had with things in our room -- the television in the master did not work, the safe would not open, etc. Once these issues were resolved we had a lovely stay.

Finally! The service at this hotel was amazing. They really went out of their way to make sure we were accomadated. I highly recommend the executive suites as the hot tub on your own balcony was very nice. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 35A Bit Squishy, but good for the money
We enjoyed the hotel, and the staff was extremely friendly, but not always available. We stayed at the very end of the season, so they may have been downsizing. The room had a king size bed and a living area with kitchenette. The kitchenette was very helpful so that we could save money on eating out, however once we opened the sleep sofa, there was no place to sit and eat. The three of us felt a bit squished at that point, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it wasn't much of a problem. We might look for a bigger place next time, but I doubt we can find one for the money.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 35Wonderful service at Luxury Lodge
I couldn't say enough about how cozy and nice our room at this hotel was. They seemed to have thought of everything. It had the feel of a luxury lodge from the turn of the century, but with all the modern conveniences. The staff was very friendly and courteous too. They even gave us a free buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant the next morning. It was scrumptious ! Far better than most breakfast buffets. The only negative I could say would be that our mattress was too soft for my taste, and the nice heavy wood doors in the hall were very loud when they shut, so I didn't have a great nights sleep.
