Needs Improvement.

Good location and very friendly staff. However, the hotel needs improvement. Bed sheets were placed directly on the mattress with no mattress cover which seems very unhygenic. To conserve energy, the lights in the corridors and stairwells went out after a few minutes and had to be switched on. It was not a pleasant experience to exit one's room into a dark corridor and grope for the light switch. They should replace the switches with motion detectors.

Great basic room

This was a great basic room that was clean and felt safe. The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. The hotel held a breakfast, which had a good selection of food. We didn't use a lot of the hotel amenities but it was a great place for us to spend our night.

Great Hotel and helpful staff

I didn't have very high expectations going into this place. It surpassed my expectations. The food in the hotel restaurant was great. I recommend paying for a room with half board it is worth it. The rooms were cleaned daily so my room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. The front desk helped us find things to do because we had no plans. I would recommend this to anyone going to Marrakech.
