Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 61Great for partying
In a real night time hot spot. It's easier to get a taxi outside hotel at 4:00 in the morning than at 4:00 in the afternoon. Great bar and amazing views from very comfortable beds. No coffee pot in the room, but an interesting selection of items in the mini bar.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 61Great place to stay
I really liked the hotel room, very contempory, well laid out and located in a great area. I would however expected a free contenental breakfast for the price we paid for the room, was disappointed that I had to pay for my own breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found the staff very accomadating.

Hotel On Rivington was a great place to stay if you enjoy the NY night life. Restaurants, bars and shopping everywhere. Short walk to Soho. Very fun and trendy! Would definitely stay here again!

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 61Comfortable yet Modern
Pros: - The memory foam bed was perfect after a long day in NY. - An iHome was brought up for my iPod - Neat modern space, very clean - Computer with printer available near lobby - Lots of great shops nearby Cons: - I had to let the shower steam up the window since the entire wall is glass and only part of it is frosted. One big open window in front of shower head.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 61Neat Place to Stay
Very neat hotel --- hip and all that. Extremely modern stark kind of black and white rooms but great bed-- very comfortable and rooms were exceedingly quiet. Lots of fashion type "in" crowd with tall tall women everywhere. Great drink bar in lobby terrific martinis. Our stay included free breakfast and it was excellent.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 61Young & hip
This hotel is very hip and fun. There is a convenient continental breakfast included in the room price. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, and one of the quietest rooms we have ever had in NYC - even on a Saturday night with a club on the 2nd floor. If you want the lower east side,I would recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 61lovely
I bit pricey but very lovely. A wonderful boutique hotel with professional and helpful staff. wanted and got a in room massage taken care of by the front desk. Never had to worry about a thing. Located in the Lower east side the surrounding area is hip and fun. Lots of places to eat! The only thing that I didn't like (very minor)was that during the weekend the entrance is also the entrance for the lounge and roof bar. But the "bouncer" was friendly and all we had to do was show him our room key. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the street (right above the entrance) so we could hear the noise for outside but it didn't bother us. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if it were less pricey. However, it was our anniversary and worth what we paid for it. LOVED IT!!!!

a wonderful surprise, very trendy neighborhood within walking distance to every place we love to visit. Loved the bustle at night and although our room faced the street , we were not disturbed by street noise

The Hotel Rivington is the place to stay in NYC. Located on the lower East side, this hotel brings contemporary style together with modern class. Every guests that stays receives free breakfast. The bathrooms are a step into the future and provide luxury conveniences. The rooms are large and accomodating with plush robes and LCD tvs. I would definitely stay again! It's a must!
