Uber-hip hotel

Beautiful hotel in NY's gritty neighborhood on Lower East Side. Room is nicely designed with bath that has all amenities like waterfall shower-head,stone looking sink and lots of glass that made it feel outdoors. Despite noisy street, room was perfectly quiet. Subway 2 blocks from hotel and cabs everywhere. Neighborhood is full of hip shops and restaurants that serve late dinners.

Unique NY setting

Two all glass walls and a quiet room made this one of the more enjoyable NY stays. Upper floors worth the extra cost.

Hip Hotel in brilliant location

This was the second time I stayed at this super hip hotel, I love that you can step outside the door & be in the thick of things. The roof top bar is so much fun, the rooms are huge by NY standards. I stayed in a high king with amazing views the first time with that is all glass & astounding, this time I stayed on the 3rd floor with no view, nevertheless the room was still great. Highly recommend

Wonderful

This is one of the best hotels in NYC hands down. Great neighborhood with lots of character. No better space in the city.

Outstanding Hotel

Staff was super friendly and the amenities were gorgeous!!!

Nice room, bad view

I think this hotel has some very nice rooms with beautiful views. However, we were given a small room with a lousy view on a low floor. Bed was comfortable though, nice sheets, nice toiletries, overall comfortable.

Great Value

Beautiful rooms. I upgraded at the desk to a high floor corner with tub and it was an amazing value for the money. Beautiful first floor lobby and bar.

Modern decor and friendly staff

Overall impression was a thumbs up. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly upon check in. Gave us recommendations on some restaurants in the area. They also upgraded us to a greater room size at no extra charge. Unfortunately, only one elevator was working in the building during our stay. Not a big deal, but just an annoyance. Coming into the hotel late at night, the bar was quite noisy. Glad I was on the 11th floor. Decor in the rooms was modern and sleak, love the bathroom all in black, remote to open/close drapes. I would stay there again.

Very cool hotel...

We had a great time here...the people were very friendly, the room was huge and comfy and clean. Awesome for NYC! Breakfast was included...a great plus.

really terrific bargain!!

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was really stylish and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were excellent quality. The staff was very warm and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good, a glutenfree option for cereal or yoghurt would be appreciated. The coffee was consistently cold, but these are small complaints for a delightful stay. I have recommended this hotel and hotels.com to others. If I can get this rate again I would absolutely stay at this hotel!
