Good value for location

I have stayed here a couple of times when they were running a special. For the money paid, it was a good value. The location is great, but yes, there are 1 or 2 other hotels with a similar name and cab drivers can get confused.

Paying for the location

I agree with the other reviewers - it was hard to find the hotel. It was very small, but it worked for the 1 night we were there. It is actually close enough to the Ginza stop you can use that one, just make sure to have a good map!

late check out fine!

this place was fine for ginza, but in teh morning we had to pay an 1000 yen late fee for checking out after 10 AM! who checks out at 10AM? they never told us about it the night before.

Hard to find

The hotel was extremely difficult to find. I had to ask many people and even the cab driver took me to the wrong hotel. The hotel is in a nice area and has a nice restaurant.

Neeeds improvement

Overall of the stay in this hotel was very good. But there were a couple things that they need to improve. There was not the shared computer at the hotel, but there was the internet access in the room,but I did not bring my computer with me, so I had to rent their laptop computer. But there was the problem with that computer, and they asked me to call the techincal server for this computer... I thought that was the hotel's job to maintian thier computer is a good condition all the time or they can solve the problem. And the HVAC in the room was not working good, so it was too hot in the room all the time. But the location of the hotel was excellent. Because I used to live in Tokyo and I know that area very well.
