We rented two rooms at the Monte-Nelly. The one through hotels.com was adequate. The other was outstanding, and we got the better rate on the bigger room. Both included breakfast, which was in a lovely room - except that the temperate always seemed to be set at about 90 (35) degrees. The entire hotel, include the lounge area was the same, but eventually, I learned which window could be opened to get air. The smaller room didn't have a stronger enough air conditioner to counter balance the rest of the building. If you enjoy sleeping in cool temps - this may not be the place for you.

Inexpensive 4 Star Hotel in Bucharest

This hotel is clean, comfortable and has excellent customer service. The rooms are larger than expected. A good choice for anyone.
