Good place to stay

This hotel was a nice one. It wasnt on the main strip in Jaco, which is good. The rooms were nice, pools nice, staff nice.

Outstanding Hotel

Good hotel for the price for Jaco Beach. Has a very outdoorsy and Costa Rican feel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice location

The hotel was close enough to the beach that you can walk.The only bad thing is my room mates went to the beach at night and had their stuff stolen when they were in the water.Other than that it was a excellent hotel for the money and the staff was great to.The free breakfast was great also.

Good deal

Hotel Mar de Luz was a great deal for the price. The crowd there was mixed including families, seniors, and young vacationers. It's about 3 blocks from the beach and the staff was very accomadating. On the whole it wasn't a 5 star hotel but got the job done.

great hotel for the $$$

Clean, well kept and great location. However not on the beach. A little bit too much noise beacuse of its location next to roadway. Free breakfast, and great service.
