Great location, nicely appointed

The room was spacious and tasteful, the lobby was elegant and comfortable. Loved the free internet access (as well as pool and exercise room, though I didn't use those), and the fact that the stairways were clearly marked and freshly painted. There are 24 stairs from the front door to the registration desk, and apparently no way around using them. It was not a problem for me, but could be a dealbreaker for some. For us, it was completely satisfactory.

Wonderful accommodation

We had a Grand Luxury Room which was a large room, beautiful marble bathroom and a balcony overlooking St. James Street. The staff was very helpful and all spoke English without attitude. Could not ask for more.

Outstanding Hotel

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Great location. Great customer service, the hotel and the room very clean. Breakfast is a bit expensive, the food was really good though and its buffet style so you can eat as much as you want. Will go back to this hotel.

Excellent hotel for visiting Old Quebec City

We rented 3 rooms for a family visit and were very satisfied. The small upgrade for a room with 2 queen beds was well worth it, some may find the standard room a little small. Considering the fabulous location in the old section on Quebec the hotel was very nicely appointed and I highly recommend it.

Great location; terrific staff

The hotel is within walking distance to many sights and activities within Old Quebec. The hotel staff was very patient with my french and went above and beyond to help me navigate the city bus system.

Friendly staff & Great Location

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. When the hair dryer in my room wasn't working, they attended to it in a timely manner and took the time to make sure I operated it properly as well. Great location, right in the center of old Quebec City.

Excellent Hotel

Great room for the money. The beds are luxurious. Staff very helpful. Location is down from crest of city which involves up-hill walking. Also 23 steps to entrance of lobby.Hotel is between only small grocery and pharmacy in Old Quebec which is a plus.It is a quiet retreat after a day of sightseeing.

Super hotel in outstanding location

Two doors from Rue St. Jean which becomes a pedestrial street after dark, we could walk to every sight we wanted to visit. Great staff - friendly, helpful & nice. We were upgraded to a suite which looked like the castle rooms in Chateaux in France. Every amenity from terry robes to WIFI and whirlpool tub. and very comfortable king bed. We hated to leave the suite.

the facility was clean and well maintained. very convenient location among shops and restaurants. centrally situated to attractions and sights.

Outstanding Hotel

The staff here is amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. My husband and I do not speak French and the hotel, and its staff, was more than accommodating in this area. The location is also fantastic. We were so close to everything!
