Why stay in a chain-hotel?

Hotel Lusso is within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and they have their own pub. It is an old rooming house that has been completely renovated in a most beautiful way. Makes me think of an old Italian hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are luxurious! We had an early flight out of the airport and their Town Car took us, for the same price as a cab. It is THE place to stay in Spokane. Hotel.com got us a great rate!

Fabulous hotel, truly a hidden treasure in Spokane.

Very elegant and classy hotel. Staff was very friendly, lobby and rooms were spotless. Rooms are kinda small, but that's not a complaint. Elegant early-1900's decor, tall ceilings with crown moldings, luxurious sheets on the bed, overall a very pampering experience. My wife and I joked that we're not worthy of staying in such a nice hotel!

Excellent Choice Hotel

I chose the Hotel Lusso for our overnight stay in Spokane based on it's user reviews at Hotels.com and because of the price. I was very satisfied with the room and the hotel, especially for the rate we paid. The room was very clean and very nice. The bathroom was HUGE and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was not your run of the mill chain hotel type. The room was large, and the hotel had a more elegant look and feel. The hotel staff were more than friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Spokane area.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at

We have stayed at quite a few different hotels, we always like to try out top rated hotels when ever we stay out of town and Hotel Lusso was amazing, we loved our stay the staff was very professional and polite and the location worked great close to the riverfront park shopping and several restaurants. Great room for the money.

Customers should know...

I've stayed at the Hotel Lusso on past occassions and been very satisfied. I think customers should be aware that the hotel restaurant is undergoing a renovation and is unavailable to customers at this time. Therefore not only is the complimentary continental breakfast not available but to have any breakfast/meal option you must go offsite. Not a big problem but I did find it odd that the sister hotel across the street did not honor/offer similar breakfast options to Hotel Lusso guests.

Very classy hotel

It would be nice to have a table or flat surface in the bathroom for clothing. A very small request in an otherwise great hotel. We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies on our door on arrival. Yummy. The hotel was very gracious about our after midnight arrival. I would gladly stay here again.
