Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 3Needs Improvement
Aside from a charming waiter at dinner and an attentive waiter for coffee bar service, the environment was not very friendly for us, two women travelers. We felt safe, but the hotel was in a more industrial work-like area, with no pedestrian areas nearby. Rooms were good sized, but cool and noisy (street traffic)at night. Front desk staff was not particularly helpful either in getting us cabs or helping with directions. Limited English in the hotel.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 3Two Week Stay at Le Zenith Hotel
As a Californian, I would often forget that I am outside the US while at the Le Zenith. The standards of cleanliness and promptness were all well observed, as well as friendly attentive service, including room service, which is available at all hours of the night. I was able to tour the city by day, and work California business hours at night, with full support from the staff. I spent many hours in the dining area, using their wireless internet access and enjoying their mainly French oriented cuisine. Breakfast is truly first class and leaves nothing to be desired. The lunch and dinner menus are a bit limited after a few days. Couscous is served on Fridays apparently as part of traditional Moroccan custom to serve it on this day. The rooms are equipped with free wired hi speed access, but it is best to bring your own cat 5 cord ... they will also sell you one at a negligible fee. Compared to other hotels, the rates were very reasonable. One negative in this regard is that this hotel serves the industrial area, and is not as close to the city center as the other ( and therefore more pricey) hotels. The view is what you would expect of such an area ... one side looks out to the industrial part of town, and the other (front) the villas that are part of the surrounding residential area. The main reception staff always had at least one person who spoke English, but this was not always the case in the restaurant ... but the restaurant manager was almost always there and speaks perfect English. All of the staff is highly conversant in French. The hotel had a shuttle that I was told can be reserved to go to the city, as well as go to and fro from the airport. But there is only one ... so they referred me to some chauffeured cars with drivers ... which are not owned by the hotel and seemed to be smaller private operators ... they also offered the option of calling the government owned taxis ... The security staff was very nice and would go out to hail a taxi from the st
