Price of convenience

This hotel met my needs as far as location in downtown Dallas. It was overpriced for the overall condtion of the rooms. They are older, smaller but remodeled. The parking is not free but is in an adjacent parking garage with no exit/reentry without paying, so beware. This is one of the lower priced downtown Dallas hotels, so if that is what you're looking for,it will work.

Excellent room for money

Service was very good and room was very clean and pretty. The only complaint was the walls were thin and couldn't withstand all the rowdy guests in the hotel for a college football game. Even though signs were posted throughout the hotel management did not enforce the no loud partying going on in the rooms.

Good bet in downtown Dallas

Nicer than I thought, clean and renewed. Great location, 15 minutes walking to the "6th Floor museum" (JFK assassination).

Perfect location for a great price

In Dallas for business and the Hotel Indigo was a perfect choice. Great value and location! I could easily walk to the meetings I had downtown and the customer service was great. Hotel does not offer parking, however there is a parking deck right across street that is very convienient and reasonable.I travel to Dallas 4 times a year and this will be my new Hotel of choice.

Great Value and a Wonderful Experience

Hotel Indigo does a lot things right from their calm and relaxing interior color selections to a friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely return for another visit.

Great Extras

I was attending a conference in a nearby hotel and only had to walk two blocks. The staff were excellent, they did the extras to make my stay perfect. I loved the extra relaxation theme, the music, the scent of the soaps, the poetry and music in the background that gave it a spa feel, not a business trip feel.

Chic hotel with great service

I spent one night over the weekend in this hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The lobby is especially pleasing. As it was a quiet weekend, the front desk gave me a upgrade and offered to put in my hotel club number to earn points. How many time do you see that? Convenient parking right across the street. The hotel has a car that takes guests to anywhere within 3 miles (dropoff only). But you can also walk to the main attraction, such as Six-floor museum or West End district in 15 minutes.

Best in Downtown Dallas!

I have recently stayed at several Hotels in downtown Dallas.... I have been searching for somewhere that is comfortable, reasonable, and has great service. This hotel matches everything I wanted. The rooms are modest, but comfortable. The price is a little much for one night, but it is such a great location it is worth it. The people on staff were very professional, but remained "easy to approach" and laid back throughout the extent of my stay. I actually rather enjoyed talking to them. (I have had previous experiences with rude people on staff at Hotels, so this was very refreshing!) Overall, I recommend it. Great Place!

Beautiful

I have always loved staying at Hotel Indigos in other cities and the Dallas hotel was just as wonderful as the others.
