Description
See more detailsSituated at the foot of the Amiata mountain, the Gambrinus hotel is a typical mountain chalet with dark wood balconies that sits on the outskirts of the medieval town of Abbadia San Salvatore in Tuscany, Italy. Guests can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the area atop the mountain, which is 13 kilometers away.
The ski venues in the area are open from late December until the end of March, provided there is sufficient snow. The closest ski lift is approximately 15 minutes from the hotel and two ski schools are nearby. The Gambrinus Hotel also provides complimentary mini-sleds for children and a discount for the ski life located in the Prato delle Macinaie.
Guests of the Gambrinus Hotel can have airport transportation arranged with prior notice for a fee, and on-site parking is complimentary. Travelers can unwind in the hotel lobby by watching television or reading the complimentary newspapers, while children can play in the hotel's game room. The Gambrinus Restaurant serves Tuscan dishes in a relaxed atmosphere, and during fine weather, guests can dine on the patio. The hotel's bar offers drinks and light snacks in relaxing surroundings.
The Gambrinus Hotel's 23 guestrooms feature simple décor with light wood furnishings and balconies with views of the street or Amiata mountain. All guestrooms include television and direct-dial telephones.
