nice hotel

Very nice hotel for the money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food, both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The pool and spa facilities were also very nice. The only complaint was that there was alot of noise in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

Outstanding Breakfast - WiFi needs improvement

The personnel is wonderful. They are cheerful and always ready to help. They have free bicycles for tours. They charge for wifi and for that the wifi does not work consistently. They should make it free and install repeaters throughout the complex.

Awesome hotel!

Great hotel, outstanding service, lovely view, best pool/hot tub ever. Only issue I had is that they claim you can ski to the hotel; I wasn't able to find the way, nor were either of a couple of other folks I talked to. Stick to taking the bus to/from the Penglestein gondola (less than 5 minute free bus ride) and you're great.
