Hotel provided totally satisfactory accommodation, as advertised. No glamor here but no nasty surprises either.

Trip Type: Romance Review 19 of 25Great location - tiny room
For our purpose, the hotel was fine. It's in a great location just off of Rue de Rivoli near so many attractions and several metro lines. The staff was friendly and spoke English which helps. The only downsides were the tiny room, marginal a/c, only having CNN in English and the low amenities to high price ratio.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 20 of 25Good Room/Location for the price
I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bed was a bit soft and the room was very small as it is in most of the hotels in Europe. But overall it was a nice hotel and I would not hesitate to stay there again. It is walking distance from the underground rail.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 21 of 25Close to the Louvre and Metro stops
This is a fairly small hotel, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a lost luggage issue with our airline, and the hotel staff gladly assisted us. We were also able to take the RER B line from Charles de Gaule to the Chatelet des Halles stop which was quite close, as well as access the regular Metro. Our travel goal was to spend the weekend at the Louvre, and this hotel was well situated for that. It was not super fancy, and our superior room was still pretty small - but it was a pleasant and convenient stay.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 22 of 25Fine hotel, great location
This is a fine hotel at the best possible location to reach many of the Paris museums and other attractions. The river Seine is just two blocks away and Latin quarter is just accross the river. The proximity of one of the major subway stations makes it easy to reach practically any part of the city. There are a number of good restaurants around the hotel as well as many shops, including a grocery store and a pharmacy. The staff at the reception desk is very kind and helpful. There are many complimentary newspapers and magazines. The rate for local phone calls and the charge for the small coffee in the reception area reduce the feeling of otherwise great hospitality.

Trip Type: Romance Review 24 of 25Good Location- That's all you're paying for.
The pictures don't really capture the hotel. The concierge didn't speak English. Great location, and reasonable, relatively-speaking to other hotels. Overall, not too pleased, though I can't say we would've gotten much better for the money . . .
