Trip Type: Family Review 16 of 27Good hotel
The hotel is very conveniently located by the Gare du Nord (a train station) which was easy for transportation. They serve breakfast for 7.50 euros which wasn't worth it. Overall, my mom and I enjoyed our stay.

Trip Type: Business Review 18 of 27Fine for one night
I stayed here one night. I really needed a hotel close to both Gare du Nord and Gare D'Est. This hotel definitely fit that bill and I was able to walk easily to both. The room was very quiet and I was able to sleep well. However, I would never stay here for any longer than one night. It was a very cramped room in a hotel with very outdated and garish decor. There are better options for a similar price in the area. However if you're just looking for a stop over point between trains for a night, as I was, this may work for you.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 21 of 27got what I paid for
Well, lets starts out on a good note... the hotel was extremely close to the Gare de Nord station which made access to all the site extremely easy. It was all of a 5 min was to the station. Also, all the brasserie in the area were open 24 hours. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the front desk was manned 24 hours. On the bad side....it seems that when we went to check in the reservation didn't carry over to the hotel and the lady had to manually write us in in the manual ledger. That being, I requested a room with 2 twin beds and we were only able to get a room with a double. The room was small, extremely small. I've seen dorm rooms that were bigger. The bathroom was also small. It had all the amenities (sink, toilet, shower) but was cramped. The shower was no more than a 2 foot square. You could barely bend over to soap your legs. Because the bathroom was so small everytime you showered the entire floor of the bathroom got wet. Other than that, it was a pretty good trip overall. I just wish the hotel room was bigger.

Trip Type: Family Review 22 of 27Adequate, nice neighborhood
This is a ** hotel with no pretentions of being more. Room was small but adequate and clean but sparse, staff were helpful, breakfast provided at extra cost. It was great as a base to sight-see all day, close to trains, cafes. Felt we were in a neighborhod. Could be noisy in the hot summer as the road can be loud, you may want to close the window and there is no a/c. No coffee/tea making facilities. You get what you pay for!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 23 of 27Gare location excellent
The hotel is located just around the corner from Gare du Nord making it a good place to stay if you have a train the next morning - particulary to CDG aeroport. It is small - as most Paris hotels are, the room was crowded but clean. It had a WC with a decent shower, however there wasn't any air conditioning. This could be a problem as it is very noisy outside and it would be impossible to leave the window open if you were on the street side. The desk clerk was extremely helpful.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 25 of 27Does its Job
The hotel was not outstanding in any way except for most of the service we received. The bedroom and bathroom were tiny, but if you are a student or just looking for a good price, this hotel would be a good option for you. The location is great since you are so close to the metro and have lots of little bakeries and places to eat close by. It is nothing fancy, but it does feel like a safe place to sleep.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 26 of 27my hotel
this hotel, is right next to the Gare Du Nord(north train Station) there fore it is convenient, the area is OK, little places and caffes to eat at, safe clean, but very simple, small rooms but I guess I only used it to sleep. At night several people mentioned it wasn't in a very safe location, however I felt safe and OK. If need it I would stay there, but I can get a better area of the city for just about the same price.

Trip Type: Family Review 27 of 27Okay for two, crowded for three
They threw an extra twin bed into a room with a double, so we could barely walk - and heaven forbid we need to pass by each other. We took our 9-year-old nephew to Paris. I (female) had to make him go into the bathroom or the hall when I needed to change clothes, due to the bathroom being to small. But it was clean and the staff was helpful. Okay for the price and proximity to the Gare du Nord. Walkable to the Sacre Coeur.
