Beautiful hotel. Outstanding location. Rooftop terrace is a hidden gem. We stayed two nights at Hotel Copernicus, then took an overnight trip to Zakopane and returned to Copernicus for two more nights. The lady at the desk anticipated our every need the entire time we were there. They stored our luggage overnight when we went to Zakopane for the night. When we were asking whether they could do this for us, she finished our sentence for us, and said, "Of course." The breakfast is very nice and the wait staff were friendly and responsive. Finally, when I explained that I needed a rental car to visit family 80 km outside of Krakow, they arranged everything for me with the car rental agency, and the car was delivered to the hotel the next morning. When we return to Krakow, we will stay at Hotel Copernicus.
