Excellent hotel for the rate

Good breakfast..Nice and clean room..It is hard to find the hotel as it is located on the service drive of a freeway.

Nice hotel, but far from the city

Clean room, friendly staff, wonderful continental breakfast. However, it was not the easiest to find, and much further from the center of Montreal than we expected.

Needs Improvement

We found that the hotel was not clean inside or out. The parking lot was in poor condition. When we entered our room, we found it to be musty. The carpet was spongy, and the there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. The tub and toilet had a lot of stains. The toilet was so low it felt like you were sitting on the floor. There was no variety to the Continental Breakfast. The maid service started knocking on the door before 7 am in the morning, showing that there was no continuity between the front desk and housekeeping services. The pool hours were not consistent with vacationers. The hotel was listed as a Best Western property, when in fact, it had not been for at least 6 months. As we are seasoned travelers and understand that things happen, we were not pleased with the service given.

Decent hotel.

This was a definate 3+ hotel. Not spectacular, but fine overall. Location is about 15 minutes from downtown Montreal. Checkin was a bit slow and breakfast was fine. Would recommend for business or vacation.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel!

This hotel was just about perfect. The price was very reasonable and wasn't hard to find. The staff were very friendly and would help with anything to make you more happy. The hotel also included a nice free morning breakfast, and even a lunch during the week, but the lunch wasn't included but still was very reasonable. It also had a nice heated indoor pool and basically I would rate it a 5/5 for this hotel and am definetly going back in the future!

needs improvement

The room was quite old. In additon, there was no refriegerator. For that I had to pay extra money. Anyway, it was below my expectation.

Excellent Experience

Traveled to Montreal with my wife and 2 toddlers. We enjoyed the hotel very much. It was a great value and included free hot breakfast every morning. On the weekends they also cook crepes and french toast. The hotel seemed like it was newly built. The rooms were a bit small but had all the basic amenities. The pool was also a bit small but my kids still enjoyed it. I also want to point out that the service was great. The workers at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The workers during the breakfast were also very nice and would give out toys to the kids. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Front Desk is Bad - No one is there

It is empty for Extended periods during busy times - I was getting late and waited 5 minutes at 9:00am in the morning and no one was there. When I checked in I had to wait 5 minutes since no one was there. There were a couple of people chatting in the back room. They knew I was there waiting but did not seem to care.
