    We were disappointed to find that the advertised shuttle bus was not available off-season. Also, the restaurant was not open. I would suggest they specify that ammenities are seasonal so clients are not disappointed.

Location. The Hotel Cannamele Resort is located in Parghelia, Italy, one kilometre from the city centre, and three kilometres from Tropea.

Hotel Features. This modern hotel features a typical Mediterranean style, and has a terrace, solarium and outdoor swimming pool with scenic sea views. A conference room for up to 100 persons is available to business guests, and a complimentary shuttle bus to Tropea and the beach is offered.

A complimentary continental buffet breakfast is served daily to guests of the Hotel Cannamele Resort. The restaurant is open for evening meals and offers Italian cuisine.

There is an outdoors swimming pool on site, and bicycle and scooter rentals are available nearby. Horse riding, fishing, tennis, and volleyball can be found nearby the hotel. Water sports available at the beach include water skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, and sailing.

Expert Tip. Tropea is famous for its beach, and for the red onion. Try red onion ice cream at the town's gelateria, Tonino, in the Corso. Or if that doesn't appeal then sample squid ink or the local salami, nduja, ice cream instead.
