    We were driving and hotel had free parking. Modern building, 59 rooms adding almost 60 more before the end of 2009. Located right at the bottom of the town hill on the north side, so appraoch from the north is recommended if driving. Easy walking up to town. Quiet, located next to neighborhood. Breakfast in Villa dining room (separate old stone building next door) with fresh foods. Staff were helpful, informative and professional. We would stay there again.

Location. The Hotel Belvedere is located in Caserta, Italy, five kilometres from the Royal Palace, a location which featured in 'Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace' and doubled as the Vatican in 'Mission Impossible III.' The medieval town of Casertavecchia is 10 kilometres away and Naples is 35 kilometres from the hotel.

Hotel Features. Complimentary newspapers are available from the lobby and the public areas are air conditioned. There is a safe-deposit box at the front desk which is open 24 hours a day. Concierge services are available and the hotel provides complimentary valet parking in the secure car park. Refreshments and live entertainment are offered in the onsite nightclub, La Storia Discoteque.

There are three restaurants in the Hotel Belvedere. The Belvedere Restaurant serves Italian dishes and La Piazetta offers a different menu every day. Saletta Pappagallo can seat 250 people and offers banquet facilities. Room service is available during certain hours and a complimenta ry breakfast is provided.

There are conference and meeting rooms which include audio-visual equipment and wireless Internet is provided throughout the hotel.

There is a fitness centre 100 metres away which includes two swimming pools, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, a children's playground, and a football pitch. Use of the fitness centre is complimentary for all guests.

Guestrooms. The 35 guestrooms all have air conditioning and wireless Internet access. The televisions have satellite channels and there are also direct-dial phones. The private bathrooms come with hair dryers.
