    The room was neat, but was not clean by any standards. There was mold growing in a corner of the bathroom ceiling. The white towels had black/gray spots on them and we had to take cold showers because there was no hot water. After using what appeared to be the cleanest towel, I was left with a very uncomfortable feeling on areas of skin where I used the towel. The beds were like sleeping on sheetrock and we slept atop the sheets and comforter since the towels gave us no indication that the sheets would be clean. The only positive was the shuttle service, which made it convenient to get out and away from this unsanitary hotel. We stayed one night and left early the next morning. I cannot speak to the guest service. We decided to just leave rather than put energy into complaining. Capri is a beautiful island; do not compromise your stay there by settling for such low quality. Stay somewhere else.
