Great Value! Great Location!

The free breakfast and happy hour (great for socilaizing with people from all over the world) make this place a great value. The staff is very helpful & friendly & allow you to do just about anything you want. There are 3 different complexes each with their own pool, BBQ's & tables. The 1 bedroom suites with full kitchens are very roomy & comfortable. This is a great location & if you're on foot (they pickup/deliver you to/from airport) the bus stop is right in front & the Phoenix Bus/Metro Line will take you anywhere. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the bathtub fixtures & bed linens (beds are comfortable).

Don't believe the positive reviews

Needed a place for my soccer team. Based on the reviews, cost, location and services, this hotel seemed to be a solid choice. It was not. Paper thin walls could not keep constant traffic (auto and person) from entering the room. Really old hotel (or apt?). Service was not very good for the parents of my soccer team. The breakfast and wait staff was poor. Not recommended.

Great Place

While the hotel could use a better cleaning, it wasn't terribly icky. The staff is very friendly and the layout is wonderful. Great breakfast. Convenient location. I will stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful

The ole man & I really enjoyed the location, the amenities, the surrounding eateries. Check in was a breeze. It was just excellent. Thx for a wonderful time. We will certainly stay again.

Loved it!

good stay for the money

Have stayed at Hospitality Suites many times in the past and all have been very satisfying stays. Friendly staff and rarely a problem.

Great Hotel

We stayed four days, three nights at the Hospitality Resort. They offer made to order breakfast complimentary, you choose from a choice of 5 or 6 options. They have FREE happy hour from 5-6:30pm where they offer drinks and meet and greet with the owner. We got free shuttle rides from the airport and to dinner one night, they were very accomodating. And the sports bar on sight was great. The employees were great, the food was great.

Was it blood? or rust?

It was fine. A bit odd though. Lounge lizards in the onsite bar funny. The room was average. Hot showers, but the stained sheets,not to my liking. It's a locals Oasis getaway.
