Stay here, you will NOT be disappointed!!

We stayed at 4 hotels during our stay in Hawaii, this hotel was far and away the nicest hotel. I cannot even conceive why it is a 3 1/2 star hotel. It is clearly a 4 1/2 to 5 star. The Lobby is huge with great seating areas, leading to beautiful coy pond, all of this overlooks the pool area and beach. There is a FANTASTIC deli/sundries shop on hand, with anything you could need or want. They had sandwiches, home baked goods, gelato, drinks, wines, cheeses, sundries, souveniers. All items were organic and locally grown. The pool is very nice, not huge but nice quality, large hot tub. Nice chairs with bimini tops and cabana's. The beach is lovely and not crowded at all. There is a wonderful boardwalk that you can walk down for quite a ways, all the way to Black Rock. The rooms were large studio's, Beautiful, spacious, FULL kitchens with the finest appliances, living room, very large balcony with lounge chair and table. The bed was very comfortable, washer/dryer was good to have. The service was wonderful and every worker we encountered was exceptional. Once in particular was super nice and helpful, his name was Jake. One thing I must mention, this is a condo/ apartment situation so it lacks a few things that resorts have such as pay per view movies, room service and a restaurant. They do charge a $25 resort fee that includes valet parking.
