Lovely Hotel

Great room and service, but the neighborhood needs to get rid of the homeless people.

Different room setup from typical hotels & we loved that! Compared to other hotels, you can't beat the price for the location either! Great visit & great place to stay!

Great value and quality!

The hotel was very nice and the rooms exceeded my expectations. It was nicely decorated and had a fill kitchen. The staff were helpful, although they weren't the friendliest. At any rate, I was happy. The location was two blocks from all of the bars. It was great and I plan to stay there again.

Value, convenience, service

Came to Nashville for a conference, paid way less than any of my fellow conference-goers by being just 2 blocks away. An easy 5min walk from touristy bars as well as cheaper (but quality) restaraunts off the strip. I noticed that other reviewers were troubled by the environment of this hotel. There are many, many homeless on the streets of downtown Nashville. I did not feel unsafe, as I have seen this in other cities.

AjGreat Find

Our room was modern, clean and had a full kitchen. We did not hear any noise from anyone around us because the doors were heavy solid doors that didn't rattle the walls, like some hotels. Very comfortable bed with great air conditioning that you adjust on the wall. Not one of those units near the floor that blows air. The flat screen TV was a nice size and you can turn it to adjust to your location. It was a great room for the price and the compimentary breakfast was quality food. It's a beautiful cozy hotel that is not too big and covenient to walk at night to Broadway where all the music and bars are. Just a short drive to the Farmers Market to check out all the fresh produce grown locally. (We were there in July). There is no bathtub in the room, but everything else was really nice. My 19 year old dayghter loved it also. I would stay here again if I was dowtown.

Excellent choice

I highly recommend the Homewood Suites. Great location close to TPAC and the Capitol. Very good staff.

Downtown Nashville's best kept secret.

WE live thirty miles away and stay downtown often. This place has class. Parking is worth the minor inconvenience.
