great value...outstanding service

our stay was wonderful! a family of 4 with 2 kids travelled through and were looking for a comfortable room with breakfast included and an indoor pool for the kids. We arrived just in time for the included dinner reception, which saved us at least $25-30. When we checked out the room, the promised 2 room suite was only 1 room, but a quick call to the front desk and they quickly put us in a 2 room suite with no problems, and then called a while later to make sure we were happy with the room. The kids hit the pool, and we all had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bedding. The hot breakfact buffet was a big hit with all of us, with a lot of variety and saved us about $20 as a family, so we thought it was well worth what we spent to stay right near the highway for the price we paid.

Excellent value, friendly staff

Spent 2 nights as part of Quinnipiac U admitted student visit with my daughter. Right off 91, a bit isolated but rapidly developing area. Only 10 minutes to Hamden and all the shops and restaurants. No perceptable highway noise in room. Great amenities. Plan to stay here for all QU parent visits.

Couldn't believe what I got for the low price I paid!

This room was outstanding. Full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and bathroom... Bed was VERY comfy, TV in both bedroom and living room, extremely clean hotel, nice and clean indoor pool/hot tub, staff was EXTREMELY helpful. (asked if they had a dvd player, and they gave me one from their storage closet at no charge!) Lobby is immaculate - the double sided fireplace was gorgeous. My girlfriend was very happy with the room as well... and she thought I paid a LOT more for it than I did. Thanks again!!

This Hotel stay was wonderful. From the 5 bed pillows to the complimentary breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was very comfortable.

Comfortable Hotel

The room was very comfortable and quite large. We were very pleased with the kitchen area which was much more than what we had expected. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. We will plan on staying here again and will also recommend it to others.

Outstanding Hotel

The hotel, readily accessible from I-91, is located in a peaceful area within 7 minutes of local supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations etc. The premises are clean and inviting, the personnel is friendly and professional and the range of available amenities is impressive - free internet access, pool (and hot tub, gym, lounge, snack/convenience area and continental breakfast. Each room is a suite equipped with hot plates, full-sized regrigerator, dishwasher, storage space and utensils. Overall, the hotel provides an excellent 'at-home' ambience for an extremely affordable price.

Excellent Customer Service

The Hotel Staff was always very polite and concerned with how your stay was going. I received a phone call within minutes of having arrived to make sure everything was going well and every time I walked by the lobby I was always greated with a smile.

Outstanding Hotel

We have stayed at this hotel several times now because of its proximity to Quinnipiac University where my son is a freshman. The staff is friendly, the hotel is extremely clean and well kept and the breakfast is quite good. For the money you cannot find a better value. I highly recommend it.
