Great Price if Booked on Hotels.com

Stayed there when it was Holiday Inn Express,Very nice place,Good Area,Helpful front desk,will stay there again

A little run down but a good stay for sure!

My kids loved the place, especially the pool. The staff was very very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit older and run down but clean. It could use some updating, bed was kinda lumpy, shower head has a lot of hard water build up and screen had a patched hole. Honestly, none of that mattered to me as it was clean and safe. Breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room is bright and sunny!

Needs Improvement

Old owners wanted Money up front! New owners DID NOT recognize our reservation made on 8/3/09 for the dates of 08/07/09 to 08/09/09. Luckily they had room and could get us in. NOW WE HAVE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK FROM FIRST RESERVATION! We are trying to get back $124.66. The security night lock on the door fell off and I took it to the front desk in the morning. We were gone all day and when we returned we STILL DID NOT have the lock fixed! Other than the money situation, the hotel was decent enough. Breakfast was ok. Heating/cooling ok. Water temp and pressure ok. Beds too hard. And the housekeeper did not straighten the sheets, merely put the spread back on the bed.
