dirty and outdated

Had several bad experiences starting with a very dirty bathroom tub, kitchen equipment not clean and rusted, an old tv with poor viewing. We had to be moved to another room three times with all were dirty or had yellowish old appliances. At the last room our room key didn't work and even the coupon for a restaurant nearby we got from them was not accepted. We had stay before at another hotel of the same company and had a great stay and was the reason we made reservations here. Not anymore.

Needs Improvement, Staff Excellent

I stayed here for a week. The rooms are in need of a face lift and maintenace. The only thing that made me give this hotel a higher review is because of the Front Desk Clerk, Monica. She was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. I wish all hotels had staff like her.

Not What I Expected

The room smelled like cigarette smoke so they over sprayed it to cover the smell. I had called in advance to let them know I needed a room that didn't smell so strong because of my allergies to chemicals and cigarette smoke. I ended up with migraines for the lenghth of my stay. They didn't have other rooms available to switch. They did however have a very nice kitchenette, with utensils and plates, etc. The beds were "ok". If it were not for the smell, my stay would have been more enjoyable.

Not as good as the other Homestead Suites

When looking for a hotel I wanted to find a cheap night near the airport. I had stayed at several Homestead Suites in the past and expected a reasonable room for the money. I was quite let down. The room smelled foul and the accommodations were pretty scary. Next time I plan to check out the Red Roof Inn that is in the area.

I won't be back

For a price approaching $100 per night I would've expected a room without black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. I was also concerned that the door to the room, as well as the door to the front office looked like they had sustained forced entry. Very small room. I was dissatisfied and won't be back.

Not worth the price.

We were looking for a quick, inexpensive place to stay for a wedding weekend, I should have researched the area more. The hotel was awful, the room was small, smelled like mold, was dirty, the bed sheets were not clean. It was definitely not worth the price we paid, I would have paid a few dollars more to stay somewhere much nicer!

not a great experience

This place needs alot of improvement for what we paid a night to stay here I really thought the rooms and keep up of the hotel would be alot better. My family and I did not have a very good experience here the staff was helpful but it is not being managed well.

Not Happy

Not very profesional at all their's no pool, housekeeping,restaurant and the office closes at 10:00pm. Not very happy with the Hotel.

Great place to stay

the sign is hidded behind trees so you really have to look hard. but other than that it is a good hotel right off the interstate.
