Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 31think twice
After reading reviews of this hotel, we were apprehensive upon opening the door to our room. Surprisingly, we found most of the room clean, the bathroom and kitchenette were spotless, we even ventured onto the carpet barefoot. We were about to chalk up the reviews toward hard-to-please types of the pristine nature until we flipped open the bedcovers. The sheets revealed a huge brown stain just south of the pillows with small rolled up pieces of dirt and skin matting the area. Even though it's an extended stay, wouldn't rooms be cleaned when someone moved out?

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 31Don't bother to make the U-turn
The first problem I had with this hotel was it's location. After a couple U-turns I was finally able to get there. When I went to the front desk to check in it took the lady about 20 minutes to figure out how to get me checked in. When I walked into the room I could hardly stand the smell-- it was absolutely atrocious. I ended up buying Fabreez from the store and using about a can and a half. They did call me in the morning to make sure my night was okay and asked if I needed anything else. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you have no other choice.

It took the front desk clerk about 15 minutes to check us in even though we were prepaid. Our smoking room had no ashtrays & upon retrieving one, we were given a kitchen bowl to use. The bed was broken & there were beetles in our room and spiders in our bathroom.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 31Could use improvement
Upon arrived we had to wait upon receptionist, who was having a personal conversation with someone else. After approx 5 minutes when they were finished we were given our room keys. We were booked into a room that already was occupied and opened the door with our keys to the room-embarrassing moment. When we did get reassigned, our room had cobwebs, the ac/heater had no knobs (therefore we could not change temp or adjust fan, it blew all night at a colder than desired temperature. Overall not satisfied with the experience.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 31Needs some fine tuning
I've stayed here before, it's a nice extended stay hotel, but this time when I checked in there was no toilet paper, soap, ashtrays or remote; somebody screwed up. My only other complaint is the beds are too hard. Otherwise everyone was very pleasant, location is great.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 31Needs Improvement and Cleaning
What can I say more than the price was very cheap. If you're looking or a cheap room and don't care about the cleanliness, "This is the Place". It was a bit difficult to figure out how to get into the property as they have no signs on the street. The room was very small and needed a serious cleaning and maintenance. Stains on the carpet and walls. The white tub was black with dirty grease and appeared that a very dirty/greasy diesel mechanic had showered there with his clothes on. Greasy hand prints on the walls and shower curtain. It didn't appear that the floors had been vacuumed and mopped for months. With all of this, the place was packed, sold out. The clientele appeared to be less of the vacationing crowd and more of the people who were living there working construction jobs.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 31Quality what you expect for the cost.
The hotel is exactly what I expected, there was no frills, there was no surprises, it was a Hotel with a bed with little noise except for the 3 cats and 2 dogs in the room next door (Room 154). Other than that, it was perfect for my needs. The Mattress did give me a Sore Back

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 31I was scared for my family
to start things off the night office person took 45 minents to come to the front desk. The office closed at eleven we arrived at ten till and the door was locked.I Had to stand out in the cold and use the call box and waite. I asked for a nonsmoking room and it smelled like someone smoked a hole carton before we arrived. the safty lock on the door would not latch so i proped a chair up on the door. the only good thing was the hot water

Over priced! Not Clean! Beds tiny! Spider webs in the shower. Not vacuumed. Scary!
