Good for the money

Overall it was satisfying, specially considering the rate. I was there overnight on business, so all I wanted was a bed to sleep on. It's in a good neighborhood and very close to restaurants. Don't expect much for that price! Service was good, they were helpful to me. No airport shuttle.

Outstanding hotel

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel I was not to optimistic considering the price . However the staff was extremley pleasant & the room exeeded my expectations. I have in the past paid much more & got a lot less & was disappointed but not here.

OK for the price

No problem with the room or service. Planes from MIA taking off and passing overhead until about 10pm was the only problem.

A very pleasant surprise!

While I wasn't expecting the Ritz or Hyatt after reading some of the reviews here, I was very pleasantly surprised! For the price you can't beat this! The checkin attendant was nice and knowledgeable. Checkin and checkout were efficient and swift. The room was immaculate. Although service wasn't provided daily, you could go to the desk to exchange towels..or pay a modest fee for daily service. Another nice touch was the attendant calling several minutes after checkin to make sure everything was okay. Located in an office park-like area, the causeway (to anyplace in Miami or the beach) was moments away. Several food spots were also nearby. A great deal for the price!

Quality Control

Quality control was a concern, but I must say that the staff did whatever they could to correct the issues.

Beware of check out!

I selected this hotel because I was traveling with my dog. The hotel is very comfortable and was very well equiped and clean. I had to check out before 7am as I was traveling and had to be at the airport really early. My wife had called me (over 20 times)during my stay and complained to the front office that everytime she connected to the room it would ring once and then get disconnected. She was dialing internationally and as the call would connect and go through the IVR, she spent over US$100.00. I attempted to call her but I think my extension was not working properly as after dialing the line would go dead. The last night I called to advise that I was checking out early due to my early flight. I was advised that they did not have anyone at the counter in the morning, so I was to leave my key in my room. I expected a copy of my bill, but never received it. I have know found out that they charged US$120.00 on my credit card for calls made (US$15.00 each)... I just don't think is a good practice. I called to request an adjustment but the "supervisor" would not help and later not even pick up my calls.

Great Stay

Very outstanding hotel in great location, Hotel management very friendly, professional, and courteous. Has high quality accommodations as TV, small kitchen and Laundry Services. Very clean Highly recommended.

Can expect too much for the price. But it was well worth it.

If you are in business and go to your room just to rest, it will be fine. It is located in a good area with pleny restaurants and easy adcess to higways
