Needs improvement

The location of this hotel is great. You have easy access to the FL Turnpike as well and I-95. The area is not so great but it is safe. The overall upkeep of the place definitely can be improved. The carpet was dirty and stained. The utensil tray had a knife, a fork and a spoon - that's it. The tub needs to be replaced altogether.

Great room for the money"

The hotel exceeded my expectations, I found it comfortable, clean with a good service. It is a small suite with everything that you need, relatively near of Sawgrass mills Mall.

Hotel was in the most convenient of locations, close to the beach, the mall, and restaurants.

straightforward

Maintenace and staff improved compared with a couple of years ago. Fairly complete kitchen is an advantage. Contractors working on projects in the area tend to stay here.

good value if you have a car

Clean rooms but it cost nearly $50 in cab fare from the airport.

Needs to be clean before any new guests

The room was not fully cleaned for our arrival. It seems that somebody stayed there the previous night, they made the bed and was giving to us like that. No new soaps (used one was still on top of the sink). Air conditioner would not stay on constantly so it was hard to sleep. It could do better.

Fast Accomodations

The hotel was in good condition. Everything was clean. The only problem was that our A/C unit didn't work but the night management changed our room to the next suite promptly. I would definitely return.

Only needed a room for the night, but it was good for the price I paid and it is near alot of things.

Roaches!

Yes, there were roaches in our room and of all places - the refrigerator! They were also in the bathroom. The lights didn't work and the luggage shelf fell out of the wall the day we checked out. The staff was great - just wish they had a better facility to work with...

Refrigerator door did not shut. Mold in bathtub/shower. Lots of police activity in the area.
