Outstanding Hotel for the money

The hotel was good, big room's for not a lot of money.

it was close to every major freeway and only 15 minutes away from six flags

Poor customer service

Overall a good stay, until someone was trying to break in our room at 2am by means of force pounding kicking the door. I tried calling the front desk many many times but with no answer.......

AWFUL HOTEL!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The room smelled awful, the air did not work, the water smelled funny. There were no sheets for the fold out, went and asked for them they gave me two flat sheets and a small blanket both were stained and had holes in them, also got one pillow but no pillow case. ended up going to wal mart to get a pillow and a blanket. The hotel dest closed at 11 pm and you had to go next door to the other hotel if you wanted anything. because of the smell of the water we did not even attempt to eat the free breakfast. The girl working the dest was nice but her apperance was not at all acceptible. the uniform shirt she had on was about 4 sizes too big and hung on her and also did not the tv control had no back and it looked like the phone had be ripped apart and just laid on the table. the only plus was the free wi-fi. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Pay a little more

This hotel was disgusting. Although I paid a cheap price, I should have just stayed at the Motel 6. I think that would have been better. They do not change sheets, or clean the tub and sink. When asked they still did not, even though they said they would. Coworker found 3 dead roaches in his room and when they switched him to another room, found crumbs of cereal all over the floor and bug bodyparts on counters. He immediately switched hotels.

Needs Improvement

I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm and was given a room that was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. I went to the front desk where I was given another room which ended up being dirty and not cleaned. Third time was the charm, the room was clean and roomy.

horrible hotel stay

This hotel was horrible. There was dirty towels hanging in our bathroom. The shower was dirty, along with the stove. The location was in an ok area, but alittle noisy! The pool is not located on the property, you have to go to the next hotel to swim in their pool (yes you have permission). And if anyone is staying in the room above you you will not get any sleep. Every step they take you will hear. It was very annoying to hear the floor creaking all night.

Great Room for the money

Room was NOT what I expected....but BETTER...very roomy ...and comfy....loved it...would definitely recommend it...and will definitely go back!

Needs Improvement.

The bathroom too old and dirty. The signal in the tv doesn't work, whe we call for help, theres a guy no friendly, trying to fix it but it doesn't work. The ceramic of the bathrooms it's old and dirty so we don't feel comfortable because that.

average condition but has some room

your 2 star, but it has some room. small fridge, kitchen. the breakfast really only has waffles. if you like those, then this will work. a little off the freeway. they share a pool with the other hotel next to it. you get what you pay for, and knowing this, you get a nice little inexpensive room.
