Most of them were nice except one who's answer to everythign was no. iasked for a map and there was one right there and he told me to go the street and purchase it. This was the one who checked me. The next day, the next clerk gave me a map. I couldn't even ask him for directions or anything because he never made an affort to find out. he even wanted me to make my own reservations with the tour comapany on my phone. tey are connected to the tour company and so you just have to ask them to call them.
