The hotel was in a good location however the fact that you had to pay to park your own car at the hotel was rediculous. Especially when I was staying for 3 nights and they charged me every night. I can assure you that I will not be staying here again if I have to pay for parking each and every night again. The hotel room was ok. The bed was SUPER comfortable however the bathroom was disgusting. There was this gross tiled floor with nasty grout between them and stains in the shower. Good shower pressure but the overall bathroom felt like a cheap motel. I did not have the food but the pictures sure did look inviting.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 51Good Hotel
The hotel was in a good location right off the freeway and close enough to walk to all the shopping. The only problem we encountered was that there was an event at the Hollywood Bowl and the traffic from that made it so that we had to spend more time in our car waiting to get to our hotel(there are was to get around it but you will need a map). The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. I would stay there again. Our room didn't have a refrigerator.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 51Decent for the rate
My room was fine - I was lucky to get a top floor, back corner room - and the inside was just okay. Good enough. On my first night there the toilet nearabout overflowed, but I suppose that happens. Little things like the toilet, no guest book to show the roomservice menu & amenities and the bathroom door opening to almost touch the bed. Also had a log-on delay w/the internet (but could be my VPN issues). Good enough to pay out of my own pocketbook especially if you're spending $$ on food, wine and entertainment. My room wasn't a place I'd like to stay for a work trip- more of a holiday place, not a business hotel

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 51Great room and good location
We stayed in the heart of LA near the chinese theater, the "Odditorium" the wax museum and lots of great resteraunts. The hollywood heights hotel is near just about everything. The rooms were nice and clean, nothing fancy but everything you need was provided and a few times we asked for something not provided with the room and it was brought up to us by the staff very quickly at no extra charge. The only complaint I have is that it is located on a busy street (though I don't think there are any non-busy streets in LA) and there was a little more street noise than I am used to. Other than that we had a great time and would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 10 of 51I recommend the Hollywood Heights Hotel
This hotel is located very close to the hollywood bowl, so if you are going to see a concert at the bowl this is a great hotel to stay at. It is also located very close to hollywood giving this hotel double the benefits as far as location. The only thing is the hotel employee at the desk answered a question which he clearly did not know the answer to. Question: Do they have a restaurant inside the hollywood bowl? Answer: No. The correct answer is yes they do. It is expensive, but they do. Anyway, nothing that would deter me from staying there again, and the staff is very nice. They also have a nice looking pool area, and bar area (which is a great place to hangout after the concert and watch all the people walk by), a restaurant (which does not have the best selection, but is nice), so I recommend this hotel.

It was a great hotel to stay at if you are attending the Hollywood Bowl. Great breakfast the next morning and the bartender makes really good drinks.
