horrable expierience

Most of the staff was pleasant. The downfall is that if you use the pool you have to pay $5 to use the lounge chairs, I have never had to paya fee to use a lounge chair when renting in a resort, hotel, villa, etc. and to top it off there was 1 staff member that gave me hard time because I sat on the lounge chair for a minute and had to go to the rest room and this individual harrased me and called security after I told him I would be literally checking out of the hotel in 1hr. & went to the rest room. Oh by the way Im very much pregnant!!!!!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone EVER!!! Almost forget carpet in the room is so old it smells muggy as soon as you steped in the room.

great place to stay we cant wait to come back next year. All staff members were very nice, our room looked out over the ocean if we were any closer we would have been in the ocean. beautiful sunsets and sunrises.Did not want to leave.great pool, soft white sandy beach,and a great price!

Left 4 hours after arriving- didnt care i didnt get a refund

The room was old and dirty- carpet was matted, tile lifting up in bathroom, the sliding glass door was off the tracks. Tried to take a nap and could hear every conversation of people in the hallway as well as building door opening and closing. Construction outside didnt help matters. Tried to switch room but the other was worse with the bed up agains the window for the main walk way and the chirping A/C. Must pay to sit on a chair at beach - cant charge to room. Beach is very rocky and small, water had seagrass in it, very few areas where you were able to swim or cool off. Lots of loud screaming kids and people walking around with beer cans- other than the ones that got spoken to by security. Hotel is basically a good spring break hotel for kids that do not want to relax, that dont care about cleanliness or quality and just want to get trashed since there are little bars every 10 feet or so.

The toilet and shower would back up.... And smell horrible! The place was old and we could definately tell that it was...

Great party place

The staff was relly helpful in anything we needed. If you are looking for a place to go with some friends and rock out, this is the place. The tiki bars entertaiment is ok [if you like rock music] if not bring your own radio an party by the pool at nigth. The rooms are great for the money.if you don't mind the music an the noise from everybody partying all night this is your place. I haven't had that much fun in a long time. This place is outstanding an I will recommend it to all my friends

hotel stay was ok. didn't like being charged to use beach chairs. little soap in bathroom breaks into pieces when showering.

The pro of the hotel is the location but for the price the rooms are not great and the prices of EVERYTHING were rediculous. $8.50 a drink, come on. Need to offer discounts to persons staying on grounds.

Had a great time!

This is an older resort that is well maintained with a very friendly staff and a great location and view of the ocean. The only drawback is the loud music played at the bar each night.

Worst so called "Resort" I've ever stayed in

Holiday Isle is completly outdated and needs major renovations. The rooms are disgusting and uncomfortable! I would NEVER stay there again or recommend Holiday Isle to my worst enemy! The only way people can get past the dirt and grime is to get completly plastered at the Tiki Bar and pass out with out caring.
