The building is old and is shows. The walls and ceilings around the air conditioning vents were black with grime. Eventhough it was in the mid 30s at night and the mid 50s in the day, the air conditioning ran constantly in the hallways outside of the rooms. Except for the lobby, the entire hotal was freezing. Friday night I tried to have a drink in the pub and watch a little of a baseball game, but bartender (the only employee in the establishment)was abscent more than present. This made it extremely difficult to get a drink and to pay the check when I wanted to leave. Overall the experience was not that bad. The hotel staff was very nice and the room was clean. Howerever, I did feel a bit overcharged.

Holiday Inn Tewksbury-Andover was a beautiful place to stay. The bartender from the pub was very friendly and the service was great in the restaurant. The only problem was that the hot tub jets didn't work. I would definately stay again.

Was dissapointed that the Jacuzzi jets were not functioning, and the pool only goes from 3 to 3 1/2 feet deep. Comfortable room, very clean . Fitness area was well stocked and clean, as well as sauna.

This is good hotel in Boston area, the price is not too high but the quality is good. The only one thing I wanna complain is not provide free breakfast.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 14Long Check In Wait
Arrived at the hotel at 3pm sharp which was check-in. The hotel had a line of people waiting to check in. The staff of people were not very polite or helpful or even acknowledging that people were standing in line. We were told that the night before was a full house and that rooms were still being cleaned. We had to wait almost 45 minutes before our room was ready as did others. Isn't the idea of a hotel to be full of people staying the night? So why would a full house be any different than any other time if that is the business that you run?
