Fantastic Holiday Inn Hotel

The Holiday Inn in Temple, TX was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and huge. We enjoyed everything about our stay there. Very, very happy and satisfied. Loved the hotel!

Great room for the money

The hotel was pretty new and I was thought the decor and quality of the hotel was very nice. My husband has some difficulty sleeping since the bed was a little soft, but overall, a great experience.

We loved the pool

Was there o business but had a great time at the pool. Rooms were nice and clean

Know of people who's room varied in price our's was at the higher price end for the same hotel and same length of stay.

Needs Improvement

We had stayed their previously and enjoyed it very much. This time when we checked in the Thursday of July 4th weekend, the pool was absolutely green. We complained to the front desk and they just said they were working on it. That is unacceptable!!! On the busiest weekend of the summer and you don't break your backs getting the pool where people can swim? Hotel is fine, but definately a let down this time. It was brand new when we stayed last time, but service and cleaning of rooms was not as good as before.

Very Clean

This location was apparently new. Everything was so clean, new, and classy. After we went swimming is was so nice to hang out in the outdoor cabana's watching the playoffs games on the big screen TV.

Temple Holiday Inn

We stayed on Sunday night before Memorial day. The elevator did not work when we arrived. Quickly fixed. There were no pool side towels as the room note suggested. We had to chase down towels to use for the pool. There were 3 nice cabanas next to the pool with TV. We did not get to use them because they were full and kids from one of the groups there took up all of one. The bed was ok. A bit hard. I sleep on a sleep number bed at home which makes it difficult to find any other bed comfortable unless they are sleep number. Aside from these few minor things, the room was large enough for the 4 of us, (my husband and I and 2 kids), and very nice. I would recommend it.

Good bargain

Very comfy beds and pillows. Clean and new with flat screen TV. Only downside is there was no free breakfast, but good price for hotel.

Great atmosphere, great price

This is a great new addition to Temple. It's a quality hotel and affordable. We really enjoyed the new look/feel to the hotel. Only caveat: our room was very hot. It was difficult to get the a/c to work accordingly. Minor glitch though in an great stay! Would highly recommend.
