Musty, Poor Customer Service

We had an issue with the baby crib provided and the hotel staff was helpful and did not appear concerned about the matter. The a/c was either too cold or too hot and made us all wake up with congestion from the dusty, musty air it was blowing out. A corner of the room smelled so sour I couldn't hardly sleep thinking about it. We cancelled our next night and stayed at a different location -- something we've never ever done at a hotel before...

Overcharged

Overall, It was a nice location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only negative experience was the fact that I accidentally had gotten charged twice for my stay, even after I told the person checking me in that I had already paid for my room, AND showed her my receipt.

Comfortable room and friendly staff.

Nice hotel was dissapointed because we didn't have a microwave oven or a small fridge in the room. Everything else was really nice. Beautiful pool.

Good Hotel

This hotel was very nice and clean. We went down for the race and stayed here. It is right off the interstate, very east to find and get to. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don't stay here!

I was told the room was ready, they gave me the key and housekeeping was still setting up the room when I walked in. The pool was extremely dirty and the cleaning poles were floating. On top of everything the hotel double charged me!

Great conveinence

The Holiday Inn was very nice, it was close to the interstate, had food options close by. staff was firendly and booking thru Hotles.com made things very easy!
