Very fine hotel in center of Memphis, but the location is not at Beale street its on Union ave. Probably better then Beale street, and its just 2 minutes walk to Beale street

the hotel was nice but parking was a pain and the service elevator to the parking garage was out of order so we had to carry our stroller up and down the stairs. besides that it was a good experience!

Close to Beale St. which was great..... Room was clean and had no issues with noise... Ear plugs were by the bed just in case! Breakfast was great and service was excelent! Will stay there again with out a dought!

Nice hotel - great location. Would stay there again - the only problem is the elevator from the garage can be a little confusing because it doesn't go up to all floors, but otherwise it is a great hotel and very convient to Beal St.

I had stayed at this hotel previously and it truly is a great hotel. The location is great for spending time downton Memphis. The only problem is the elevator coming and going to the parking garage - it is a pain, but not enough to make me not stay there again. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to be close to Beale Street - just two short blocks.

Very close to Beale Street (easy stumbling distance!) Nice, clean, contemporarily decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. If you want to stay downtown, this is a good choice.

The parking leaves a lot to be desired. Very difficult to find a spot if returning late in the evening. If the hotel is full I can imagine that there are not enough spots. There is a $12.00 charge for parking.

It was located in the heart of downtown Memphis which made it very convenient for everything we did. On the down side, the parking garage was very difficult to navigate with very narrow parking spots and tight sharp turns. There was no complimentary parking, the charge was $12.00. It seems that if a hotel wants business they should provide free parking for their customers. Everything else about the hotel was very good.

The hotel was well maintained we found the room clean and top quality. A great location for access to Beale Street, but just far enough away so you did not have to put up with the late night partying and movement of the Harleys trough the night. But they even provided a set of ear plugs just in case. The surprise was their early morning breakfast delivered to the room was terrific, excellent quality, and price competitive with the Dennys right next door. The hotel staff was friendly and clearly concerned about the extra mile they could go for you. Would stay again with confidance.
