Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 59Good for a cheap stay
Everything was good with the room. Nothing luxurious, but you don't expect that at this price range. Location was "ok". It's about 10 mins walk from the space needle, but it could be just 5 mins if there wasn't a major highway in between there and the hotel. You have to walk a little way up the road to get across the highway, and then go back on yourself to get to the space needle, monorail etc. It's only a 20 min walk from downtown though, which I think is good (again, for the price). If you want a cheap stay in Seattle, this hotel is just fine. Look at google maps to see the walking routes you have to take to get around. It took a few days to realize there were sone places to eat just north east of the hotel, on westlake ave. We originally thought there was nothing directly around the hotel, as it seems like a neighbourhood of small businesses and nothingness. But 5 mins walk and there is some life. The area of the hotel seemed safe, we never saw any dangerous looking people around, even late at night.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 59good value for it's price
the rooms are well sized and clean. the parking is - compared with other hotels in seattle - cheap. The location is ok if you don't mind to take the car or a cab to the centre

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 59Very nice for the price!
It was clean and had nice large rooms. Close to the EMP. The ony thing to complain about was that I had to pay for parking at my own hotel. I was not aware of that and that was frustrating to me!

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 59Great location
Right next to all the shopping in the area, the rooms were extremely nice and comfortable. A quick drive from Seattle and much cheaper than staying there!

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 11 of 59Great Place To Stay For The Most Part
This was a great place to stay, comfortable pillows and beds, nice bathroom, very clean, very friendly, just all around everything was pretty good. The only complaint I have is that when I booked the hotel it said nothing about having to pay $10 for parking just for one night. Also when I checked out it took over a week to get the $50 hold taken off my card, which was very inconveinent for myself.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 59It's A'ight.
Location was perfect for what we needed it for. Hotel and rooms were clean, basic, nothing to write home about. Got a good rate. Then there was a blood stain on one of the beds--in a spot that allowed your imagination to figure out where it came from (sheets had been washed but still stained). We complained, they assured it would be changed and even sent the cleaning lady with new sheets who we told "en una hora porfa" cuz we were still getting ready. The next day, blood was still there and of course that's when you've got to pull out the "this is totally disgusting" card at the front desk. They agreed to comp our room service breakfast from that morning (which btw was like sub-par denny's) and offered to upgrade our room. 3 rooms later, we finally felt upgraded and finished off our 4 night stay. Despite all this I would probably stay there again if budget and location are again priorities (though I plan to be much richer next year). They were accommodating and we had a blast in Seattle.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 14 of 59Pretty Good value
Only complaints were the alley view we had and the backside of the HI Express....$10 a day parking is steep for Seattle in my book.....ajoining cafe was just OK...our waitress looked like she just woke up, blouse was all wrinkled, hair not combed, and not wearing any make-up.
