The bathroom flor was a bit tacky, not thoroughly clean.

Above and beyond service

I had lost my jump drive and thought it was left in the room. Housekeeping did not report finding it. When I returned after my client meeting, customer service escorted me to the room, crawled under the bed and retrieved the lost item. Wonderful service.
