Talk about convenient...

Newly renovated and located withing walking distance of all the local sports and recreation venues, the Holiday Inn is really the only way to go if you are planning on visiting Philly for a game or concert. Plenty of parking and a decent in house restaurant/bar are also nice to have. Downtown Philly is a couple of minutes away. What more can I say, we could see the teams warming up for the World Series from our window! Location! Location! Location!

Rooms were nice and clean but fitness center was not

We were attending a concert at the Spectrum and this hotel is a short walk to that and the baseball stadium. Decor was nice, microwave and fridge in room, and it was very clean. My only complaint was that the fitness center was not clean at all. Three treadmills, only 2 worked, one elliptical, 2 bikes, a set of rusty dumbbells and a single small bench that I wouldn't even use. My gym at home is immaculate so maybe I'm just spoiled! Great location for concerts and sporting events though, and I would definitely stay there again.

Nice Place

The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We were given directions for where we wanted to go but the staff was not very helpful when recommending a restaurant other than the one located in the hotel.

Perfect for baseball if you can find it

Fine hotel with $$$$$ parking. Streets very confusing. Looks like access requires wrong way on 1 way. Otherwide fine

Spectrum SBruce Springsteen concert

The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is close to the spectrum center.Parking was good, but the rooms need some remodeling the shower did not drain well. Over all if you don't expect too much for the price you pay for the room and you are going to a concert or sports event you will leave happy and stay here on your next trip to Philly!

not worth the money

staff was not friendly. room was poorly maintained, the bath tub was clogged. the only attraction is the stadium. overall, we were dissapointed not worth the money.

Great Hotel For Sporting Events in Philly

The staff was great, the room was nice & clean, and you can walk to all the stadiums/arenas. Plus you're only 10 mins or so from Philadelphia's historical district! I'll definitly stay there again!
