Palm Springs hotel

Room was quiet and clean. Enjoyed the movie at the pool and great food with room service. As nice as Palm Springs resorts I have paid much more money for. Staff was friendly and helpful.. I have only good things to say about it.

Needs Improvement

Closet doors would not open, toiletries not replaced had to ask for more basic neccesities, 3 tiles in bathroom were unstable.

You Get What You Pay For.....

We have stayed here before because of the price and decided to stay here again on a last minute reservation. It seems like not much has improved since our last visit. We could not figure out why the pool area bar or poolside service is still (after a year) non existent or should I say not in service. Also, there was a shortage of pool towels not to mention the fact that they were the size of a hand cloth. It looks like this will be our last stay at this hotel.

Nice Rooms

The rooms were clean and comfortable-air conditioning worked well.

Never got to stay

Planned the vacation for a while. When my friend and I arrived at the hotel, the power was off, hotel staff wasn't able to check us in. After having to wait for more than an hour in the lobby, we had to cancel our plans, turn around and head home. I will be calling the hotel or hotels.com for a refund.

Don't bother with this one!

The hotel was painted a horrible dark green color out of a horror movie. The elevators were small, caged and hard to find. We had trouble with our card key each time we tried to get back into the room and the hotel staff were unfriendly, uncooperative and rude. We waited over 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the food was fair, service was lousy. The room itself was huge but lacked enough electrical outlets or furniture to sit on except for the bed and two very uncomfortable chairs. The coffee maker leaked and had to be plugged in in the bathroom because there wasn't an outlet in the room. Will not go back there again and certainly don't recommend.
