The hotel location is very close to the falls, but it's not clean, the WIFI signal is very weak in the room.

double check your room

i had reserved a room online thanks to hotels.com which worked great except i got to the hotel and my room and found that the room i booked was not the correct room. i had booked a 1 king size bed and got 2 queen size beds.

Better than anticipated

Clean and updated hotel with friendly front desk staff. Room was updated with plenty of room for 2 adults & 2 kids. Pool area with comfortable area for adults to watch children in the water. Located within walking distance to all Falls activities.

Nice location.. but small room.

We stayed here for a day. The location is very nice, walkable distance from the falls. Hotel room/bathroom was very small. The furniture was not gr8.

Great room for the money

The hotel was walking distance to the falls. The room was comfortable. Nothing special about the view. The service was great. We arrived about 3am & they gave us a late check out without us asking for it or charging us extra.

Too expensive for the kind of room we got

The room was on the first floor next to worker quarters and maids rooms. The room was in a ok condition. There were big trolleys filled with towels and other cleaning material as soon as you step out of the room. To get to the room we had walk through a swimming pool area or a restaurant to get to the room. I was not happy with the location of the room after paying a lot of $$$. Since i have always liked Holiday inn i would still recommend it to others. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in the park area.

Good Service and Comfortable room

It is a Nice location and accessible to attractions with in 15 mins walk. Comfortable room and good service. Awesome coffee.

Just a place to sleep and keep your things locked

The service at the hotel is extremely bad. The front-desk and any hotel staff you approach treat you as if they are doing you a big favor or just they do not want to even talk to you. Simply put hotel staff and their attitude is simply terrible. Hotel needs a lot of improvement and need better cleaning. Coffe maker and glasses were filthy and I did not feel like even touching it. I suggest you shop other places before you come here OR lower your expectation and think that it is simply a place to sleep and keep you things locked. Location is good and it just takes 5 minutes to reach the falls.
