outstanding hotel

JUST A GREAT ROOM IT WAS SO SPACIOUS AND THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE THE PILLOWS SO WONDERFUL AND ALOT OF SEATING MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN AND TELL OUR FRIENDS WHO VISIT NEW ORLEANS TO STAY THERE. IT WAS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING SINCE WE WERE THERE TO SEE A SAINTS GAME. JUST A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND THE RESTAURANT THEY HAVE THERE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE.

Will stay here again

The hotel is in a great location, we walked everywhere we needed to go. It was quiet and we did not have any problems with our room or any neighbors. The room was very comfortable and clean. The balcony just added the perfect touch. The only thing i have to complain about is the price of daily parking at the hotel. For as much money as i spent on the 3 nights there, the parking price could have been a lot better or even free. I will definately stay here again when i go back to New Orleans.

Great room for the money

Understandably, New Orleans is still tore up. The hotel was convenient,free shuttle to all the attractions, neat and had inside parking for $19 a night.

Great Location

Great location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. I love the bar in the hotel and the shuttle service is wonderful! Great place to stay too!

Excellent walking distance to superdome and N O arena. Bit far from riverwalk and aquarium.

When I booked the hotel I thought that the Holiday Inn reputation would be carried over to this location as what I have always found out with a Holiday Inn property. However, the hotel was very outdated and dirty I felt. Also, our toilet only worked part of the time. We never complained because we were not there enough as we were there for a concert and only there part of the time. Also, the air conditioner sounded like a 747 about to take off. Overall this was not an hotel I would ever stay in again and thankfully we were not in the room much.

Nice place to stay

Very comfortable bed, very clean room and a very easy walk to the superdome. Very pleased, nice job.

Good hotel for a decent price

For being a mere 6 blocks from Bourbon Street, this hotel was very reasonably priced and still had good service and clean rooms.

no hot water

Tuesday morning they had no hot water!!!!!! But when we stayed Last December for the state high school football finials they had trouble with the hot water. If you are going to the superdome this is a good place to stay its 5 blocks from the dome and the staff is always helpful.
