loved it

We have a 10 month old and a 5 yr old. The water park was clean and the lifeguards were very attentive. They made sure safety rule where followed. Very impressed by the little kids play area. The rooms where clean and nice especially for the price. We hope to go back again soon!

Good experience

This hotel is so new that it wasn't on our Garmin. The beds were very comfortable and it was a nice break from our 4 days of camping. The waterpark is just the right size for kids and adults. The only drawbacks were a camp of kids that came in during the day on a Thursday, we were going out so it wasn't a problem, but I'd call ahead to see if large gaggles of children are arriving. The resturant was bad. The service was kind, but slow, and it was extremely loud, not to mention the breakfast food was terrible. The resturant across the street, Rockwood Grill, was excellent and the Denny's is new and within walking distance.

Great room, a lot of fun

Our room was huge, much bigger than expected. Very clean too. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. The waterpark was fun for both the kids as well as my wife and I. It was nice that you get 4 waterpark passes with your room, many hotels like this charge extra for them. I would avoid the restaurant for dinner in the future. We waited 15 minutes just for our drinks, the service wasn't good, the food wasn't either, and it was over priced.

Comfortable and Clean

The rooms were nice and clean. Our kids loved the waterpark.

Good room for the money

There was a definite difference in quality of service from the beginning of the week to the end of the week. The first two days we were there we had to ask to have our room cleaned, and there were boxes of merchandise stacked up in the lobby. The boxes were finally gone by Friday afternoon. They do have a small excersice room that did not get cleaned at all the whole week we were there.

Needs improvement

The Hotel is great, and the water park is good, but the service in the restaurant is very slow, food prices are high.

Great hotel

We loved the Kids Suite at this hotel. Be prepared to wait for tubes in the water park however. Their system for this is lacking and you need the tubes to enjoy the slides. Once we got one, we needed to hang on to it for dear life and the wait to get one was frustrating for our two children. Water park needs some improvements.
