Great Staff - Rooms a little small and dark

For the price and location near Busch Gardens, this hotel is very good. However, the interior space is a little small and the furnishings are dark. For the right price, I would recommend this hotel, but would also look at other nearby options.

Beautiful hotel, but need

This hotel is was very beautiful and close proximity to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, our reason for staying there. However, the room was full of roaches. I will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Great for the money

Better than I expected at a Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean and spacious. There were two adults and two teenagers in our room and we had plenty of room. The pool/hot tub/tiki bar was a great amenity that you do not normally get for the price that I paid. The shuttle to Adventure Island and Busch Gardens saved us $20 on parking.Definetly rec this hotel.

Charming and quiet Hotel

Hotel was small yet very quiet and charming in a great location. Located near Bush gardens and Adventure Island the hotel's shuttle service was great. Even though the pool was not warm enough it was still great.

Great hotel for the price

Great for kids! The hotel courtyard and pool are a great environment for the family to swim and relax. The hotel room has 2 rooms, one for the parents and one for the kids!

Needs improvement

Shower/bath tub drainage problems.

No Holiday Inn

I really shouldn't have expected much but I did. I was highly disappointed for the room I received and the price I paid. I would have stayed in a motel across town. The only upside to this was that it was conveniently located near the amusement park.

front desk

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked about the free shutter to bush gardens which was nice because we didn't have to pay the 10 dollars to park. The room its self was great. Nice and cold with the ac on full blast. We look forward to our next stay with them.

Enjoyed the stay, would return

Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel shuttle to busch gardens and adventure island was very convenient although it was not explained very well that you had to book your return time. I was under the impression that the shuttle came every hour and if not had hotel number to call would have been stranded. My only other complaint was that the continental breakfast was not explained upon arrival either. Found out too late that it was not like most hotels where you just go down and the food is out. You were given coupons for a certain dollar amount in the booklet with your key which was overlooked by me which i guess is my fault but should have been explained.

Very Nice Hotel

Very impressed with the overall stay at this hotel. The room was very nice & loved the fact the living room is separate from the bedroom, it felt more like an apartment.
