Great place near Universal Studios!

We were upgraded to a suite do to our room was having a remodel. We had a living room, dining room table, and kitchenette together. Then had a seperate room for the bedroom. All was in great condition. Has a restaurant attached.

Good Hotel

Overall taking into consideration the location and the price we paid, it was a great hotel, but the service was lacking, we called and asked for three extra blankets they brought up only two, and then for some reason the hotel maid service woke us up a 9 am when checkout wasn't until 11. She promptly realized her mistake and left but I was already awake, but I thought the hotel was very clean and comfortable, i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to vist that part of Orlando

Ok visit

We stay here every year for the Halloween event at Universal Studios. This year our room was not ready. Then we were giving a room with a handicap bathroom. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. Was not a nice experience. They had a large group coming to stay in the morning and were nocking on our door trying to rush us out. I was not very thrilled with this stay.

Recently stayed for conference held at this hotel. leaky ceilings. aged building and furniture. probably would not stay again

the explosion of the a/c and the room upgrade

THE HOTEL STAFF WERE GREAT. THE A/C DID SHORT OUT BUT THE STAFF WERE RIGHT ON IT AND HAD A NEW ROOM READY IN NO TIME FLAT. GAVE ME A UPGRADED ROOM AND NO FUSS ABOUT IT. OVERALL WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

This showers and sinks did not darn water. Your shower was a standing bath. The halls and rooms smelt like stinky feet and chocolate. Green mold like stuff on the bathroom fixtures. Did not provide enough towels or blankets. Stayed in this Hotel in 2003, loved it then. Had a very nice continental breakfast, not anymore! Definitely NOT worth the money we paid. May have been in walking distance of Universal, but had to cross LARGE highway/road to get there.

caulking needs to be re done. needs to be up to date. problems with ac, the ceiling had a leak.

Don't Do It

The hotel definitely needs improvements! Smells like stinky feet and chocolate. Is convenient to Universal, but would have stayed somewhere else for the same price. Would not recommend this hotel unless the do a total remodel!

Nice layout and convenient

We liked the hotel. The staff were courteous and very friendly. the hotel could use some updates - new wall/floor coverings.
