Outstanding Hotel

We thought the hotel was great. It was the nicest stay we have had a hotel. The staff was very polite, the breakfast was very good,clean, quiet and the beds were great!! We have no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

anticipated all needs

This hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were helpful, the rooms were beautiful, and there was a towel on every chair at the pool area. Holiday Inn is consistently comfortable and affordable.

Great Hotel

The hotel was very easy to find, easy access to highway, & close to the airport. The friendly hotel staff went above and beyond, customer service was outstanding. Our room was very clean, nice layout, and comfortable; did not hear anything & slept great. Great hotel for families - the pool was perfect for young kids & the evening cookies at the front desk were a nice treat!

Excellent Hotel!

Hotel was great. They let us check in very early. Breakfast was just okay, nothing spectacular, but the cinnamon rolls were great! Housekeeping very nice...always did a good job, just occassionally forgot to replace cups or something simple, nothing important. Beds were always made nicely. Breakfast area was very busy no matter what time you went down there. The 24/7 coffee was always pretty gross even during breakfast. Plenty of parking, could always see the car from the room. Front desk ever let us check out 3 hours past the check out time. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Surprisingly satisfied

Stayed here while attending URI graduation. Hotel was very clean, very comfortable room, very friendly staff. Large lobby where the complimentary breakfast was served every morning. The place was packed, probably with other graduation guests, and there was plenty of food, including eggs and sausage. Coffee was available 24/7. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good Hotel

Front Desk Staff very friendly and helpful. Best Front Desk Staff I have experienced in a long time. Good location - close to airport and nearby expressways. My only complaint would be the Continental Breakfast was okay, but nothing to write home about.
