New and Very Nice

Very nice experience - You could still smell the "newness" of the hotel - It is within walking distance of 2 restaurants - Outback Steakhouse and Olive Garden - also very convenient to the Mall - the breakfast was one of the the best - on the go breakfasts - that we have had - would DEFINITELY stay there again!

excellent room

The room was excellent, comfortable and very well kept. The only issue I had was with the very loud fan from the air conditioner. There is no low fan, it is always full blast. Other than that I am absolutely a fan of this Holiday Inn Express.

Great room for the money

Great hotel. It looks like it was built recently and the decor is well done. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. They severed a sumptuous breakfast in a good sized dining room. Good neighbourhood close to a major shopping area and restaurants

Great hotel

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They were very helpful to me in a couple of situations. The general manager, Ashely, was friendly and helpful also. I would not hesitate to stay there again when traveling to Texarkana.

outstanding hotel

The staff was very nice, concern, and attenative to my needs. The location is central to all eating places including shopping mall. Looking forwarded to another visit soon.

Nice place

This hotel was brand new, or atleast it seemed that way. Very clean and nice sitting area down in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again. Great price for a great hotel.

Need more light in bathroom and window drapes that close

Need more light above bathroom mirror. Window drapes allow sun into room which wakes me in morning.

Great Hotel

The hotel was new and decorated modern. The beds were super comfy and the flat screen tv was a plus! They offer free breakfast and wireless internet. The breakfast was good especially the biscuits! The only problem we had was that the toilet was not cleaned properly :(

WONDERFUL

The hotel was wonderful. I was staying the night because of a long drive and as soon as I walked in they were just so nice. They seemed to care about how I was doing and not just themselfs.
