About what I expected of Holiday Inn Express, staff was helpful and facility was clean; I was disappointed there was not hot tub (we needed it!). I would have been glad to be closer to the Plaza.

weird

We were assigned a handicap room, though we were not handicapped. It was the only one available, though we had booked way in advance. Therefore, there was no bathroom faucet. I had to fill the tub with the slow shower spray. Across the hall from our room was the ice machine which we could hear filling all night through the poorly insulated wall.
